Ways to connect.
Start with your address
Two things to check
Your location determines the plans available. Your property determines whether the equipment can be installed.
Explore plans01 Service at your address
Viasat serves much of the U.S., including rural communities, but service is not offered at every address. Have your full street address, ZIP code, and unit number ready so we can check your options.
Before ordering, review your available plan, monthly price, equipment charges, installation costs, and any minimum service term.
02 A suitable installation site
A Viasat-certified technician will assess dish placement. The dish needs a clear view of the southern sky, with trees and buildings out of its line of sight.
- Discuss mounting locations, cable routing, and any property restrictions.
- If you rent, check whether installation requires permission.
- Confirm appointment dates and any nonstandard installation charges when ordering.
